About Healthcheck-online.com
This Prince2 weblog is part of the online Prince2 health check. It contains articles that are relevant to project management and to Prince2.
HealthCheck-Online and this weblog are fruits from my desire to share my project management ( and ITL service management) experience. I graduated in 1994 and ever since I’ve been doing very interesting things and gained experience in application development, project management, middle management and even programme management. The projects varied from making a design for specialist in a hospital, implementing a lessons learned system, implementing ITIL - Prince2 – releasemanagement, creating the annual project plans for an ICT department, etc..
Now when I look at project plan or project initiation documents I think I understand what a project is about. I think I understand what Prince2 is about. It is a nice feeling and I hope I can help some people with my insights.
I hope this weblog is apreciated and that at least my mom looks at it so now and then and proudly says: “Son, I don’t understand a bit, but it sure looks good!”
